The Build

Once all the above stages have been completed, we finally proceed to get to work. You will witness your dream turning into a reality. The entire construction process will be supervised by our highly skilled and efficient site supervisor and site manager. We will build your home in conjunction with all the applicable state and federal laws.

Your site manager will be responsible for ensuring that your new home adheres to not only the laws but at the same time follows our strict quality assurance guidelines. There are five (5) phases involved in this stage:  

  • BASE: Pouring your slab. 
  • FRAME: Erecting the frame.  
  • LOCK-UP: Getting the home to “Lock-Up”.  
  • FIXING: Completing the interior and exterior details of the home. 
  • COMPLETION: Handing over the keys to your new home.  

To ensure that the entire building and construction process is executed smoothly while maintaining a good relationship between the builder and the client, all payments are required at each of the above-mentioned five (5) construction phases.
