Deposit – Contracts & Approvals

The next important stage involves arranging for the deposit. This is a key step to start planning and working on your desired design. All your requirements, budgets, and design will be discussed with our skilled team members in the prior stages. Upon receiving your final confirmation on the design, we will help you review your plan and offer suggestions wherever applicable. Most importantly we need to confirm that your vision has been met. There will be multiple follow-ups at this critical stage as the design cannot be altered once it has been finalized.

Our trained advisors and sales officers will assist you through every stage of planning and preparing your contract based on the final design that has been confirmed and based on your property selection. Your New Home Contract will be prepared based on the designs and selections that you have chosen. Sierra Homes will assist you with any queries and concerns that you may have upon reading the contract. You will be given enough time to concur and sign your contract.   

During this stage, Sierra Homes will assist you with all necessary applications for permits and approvals. We will also obtain the required concurrence and compliance from the building surveyor for the building permit. Obtaining this permit will help us proceed with the construction.
